First of all, let me apologize for my delayed absence. I'm not going to bore you all with the details...suffice it to say it was a combination of health issues, personal issues, professional issues...and a few other issues I haven't been able to categorize yet.

Any way....I plan on being around a lot more, now that many of these issues have been resolved.

A BIG Thanks to the other Admins for covering my......booty!

I also appreciate all those who contacted me, making sure I was ok.

I have missed you all, and I really do appreciate your patience with me. Now if I can get ahold of the professor, Angus, Bob Spastic, and the rest of the group...all will be well.

Thanks kids!...and yes John...my hands, arms and head were in an oven!...not mention my buns! Wink

All is well...and business is doing well. We actually changed our name this year. we are now "Kim & Ellory's Kitchen". Since all the exposure we've gotten over the last year...everyone seems to refer to us as Kim & Ellory anyway....so it just made sense.

In fact we start the new Leinenkugel Tour this month, and have about 16 tour stops before it ends this June!
