| Allgold, my favorites are still in place. you may want to check the FAQ section around favorites. I think you have to be in Bronze status or higher, is is possible that your status has changed in the last few weeks? |

| I would hope not I am a top ten donator and have been around this site for many years. I have sent a note to the administer hopeful they can give me some clarity on the situation. Thanks for replying! |

The reason you "lost" your favorites was because you had dropped below "Copper" status. It wasn't until I updated your flyer miles that you are now back to that status.
Depending on your donations for the past 18 months, next month you could drop below "Copper" again. Your Favorites never "go away", they are just unavailable until you attain "Copper" or higher again.
